The Rest of God takes you into restoration and refreshment. His rest is essential. His rest looks different from what we think is rest.

Life is about movement. God's movements are different than ones we would choose. Only He knows all of the variables. In Him we have life!

When we ask the Holy Spirit to come into our decision making, His strength allows us to choose God and receive His continual renewal.
