Divine Life Plan

Do you believe without a shadow of doubt what Jeremiah 29:11 says?

“For I know the plans and thoughts that I have for you, says the Lord, plans for peace and well being and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.”

You are a part of God’s perfect plan. You were created for purpose. You are full of promise and divine destiny. The Father even made you in His image (Genesis 1:27) and He doesn’t make mistakes. How glorious is that fact. God’s plan for your life is full of redemption, wholeness and liberty. The Father created you to have fellowship with Him and to spend eternity with Him. His plan is to prosper you and to give you hope and a future. John 14:6, Jesus says “I am the [only] Way [to God] and the [real] Truth and the [real] Life; no ones comes to the Father but through Me.” Jesus is the way. Jesus is the path. Only in Jesus can you find everything that you will ever need. The enemy is a liar and will always tell you anything BUT the truth. The ways of the Lord is sure and true.

Rest assures that God has a definite plan and purpose for you. It is a perfect and practical blueprint designed for you. It is a your personal blueprint created for just you. Let today be the day that you stop listening to your enemy. Let today be the day that you stop listening to doubt, discouragement and disappointment. Say out loud “I let go of the hopelessness and I grab ahold of hope found in Christ. I grab onto His peace. I receive His wisdom and His understanding."

How to find God’s perfect plan for your life

  1. This step is simple - Just ask Jesus into your heart and make Him your Lord and Savior. It is all about relationship and intimacy with the Holy Trinity.

    1. Allow the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit to mold, prune and build you up. Changing you from the inside out.

  2. It is all about TRUST and FAITH in the Lord. Without it you have nothing. We are challenged in 2 Corinthians 5:7 on how the believer is to live life, “For we walk by faith and not by sight [living our lives in a manner consistent with our confident belief in God’s promises.”

    1. Keep your focus on Jesus. Allow His perspective to become your own. Remember we have the mind of Christ. Everything we see or hear around us isn’t our focus, heaven is. What the Father has to say on a matter is our Truth.

    2. Keep your gaze on heaven and make it your priority to live a life that is a reflection of the Lord. We are citizens of heaven and only visitors of this world.

  3. Discover God’s purpose for your life. God sent His only Son, Jesus, to the precious Cross so that we, His children, can walk in freedom, wholeness, and redemption. We are overcomers because Jesus overcame! Take courage and comfort in this good news. No matter what your circumstances are remember Jesus is greater.

    1. Trust in the plan that the Lord has for your life. Take comfort knowing that you have a calling and a very specific purpose. For those who feel so far from the Lord and your calling, stop what you are doing and run to your heavenly Father.

    2. Call on the name of Jesus. He is waiting on you with open arms. If you feel you don’t know what your purpose is ask the Holy Spirit to tell you and be expectant to hear Him answer.

In the beginning of Genesis, we read about The Fall of man and this could easily be assumed to be the main focal point but I believe that the focus is a little deeper into the book. We read that the Father knew what Adam and Eve would do and so He had a plan for man. The plan of the Lord can never be stopped. The enemy would try and have you believe this lie. Allow the Lord to direct your steps. God's focus isn't about the fall of man, it's about His plan despite our mistakes. Shake off the things of this world and step into the firm foundation found only in the Lord. I’m sure there are many things going on in your life. Especially in these last few years, it feels like everything has been shaken, pruned, exposed and rooted all at the same time!

The Lord uses all things for our good. He is preparing His bride to be spotless for His return! Jeremiah 32:40: “I will make an everlasting covenant with them that I will do them good and not turn away from them; and I will put in their heart a fear and reverential awe of Me, so that they will not turn away from Me.” God is always in control. His plan will always come to pass. Will you partner with Him in this season of your life? The Word of the Lord is a sure thing. You can count on your heavenly Father. Remember He is your Alpha and Omega. The Father created us to reflect Him. I find this truth so comforting because it is a reminder that no matter where I come from or what I have done I was created to reflect the goodness of the Father and with the Holy Spirit and Jesus. Be encouraged to continue pressing into the Lord.

God’s plan is perfect. There is no fault.

Let's Pray:

I trust you Lord. Align my steps with Yours. Your plan and Your ways are perfect. Lord let Your will be done in my life. Bind me to You. Send refreshing rain on me and strengthen me to follow You all my days. Father, I want my life to reflect you in all my ways. Connect me to my tribe and help me to further Your kingdom in this season. In Your mighty name Jesus, Amen.

Scripture to declare over yourself:

Proverbs 16:9

A man’s mind plans his way [as he journeys through life], But the Lord directs his steps and establishes them.

Romans 8:28

And we know [with great confidence] that God [who is deeply concerned about us] causes all things to work together [as a plan] for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to His plan and purpose.

Ephesians 2:10

For we are His workmanship [His own master work, a work of art], created in Christ Jesus [reborn from above—spiritually transformed, renewed, ready to be used] for good works, which God prepared [for us] beforehand [taking paths which He set], so that we would walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us].

Job 42:2:

I know that You can do all things, And that no thought or purpose of Yours can be restrained.

Proverbs 3:5-6

Trust in and rely confidently on the Lord with all your heart And do not rely on your own insight or understanding. In all your ways know and acknowledge and recognize Him, And He will make your paths straight and smooth [removing obstacles that block your way].

In Isaiah 46:3-4 the Father makes a promise to His creation. It says,"Listen to Me, [says the Lord], O house of Jacob, And all the remnant of the house of Israel, You who have been carried by Me from your birth And have been carried [in My arms] from the womb. Even to your old age I am He, And even to your advanced age I will carry you! I have made you, and I will carry you; Be assured I will carry you and I will save you.”
